We require payment at the time of the purchase but are easy to work with if you need different arrangements.
I do not take returns generally. I have always made it a policy, due to the fragility of antique and vintage items. I do know however that there are always exceptions to the rule and nothing is set in stone. Everything is case by case and you would need to contact me to make arrangements with me. The shipping back is covered by the buyer and I would give a store credit or replace an item. My goal is for the customer to be very happy with their purchase so please contact me with any questions, within two days and the reurn must be made in three days.
I ship within three to four days but quite often sooner. I do combine shipping so if you order several items please contact me for an updated shipping cost. I usually ship thru USPS but if you have a preference for another I can most likely comply.
